Purpose

This policy applies to every user of the TouringTour platform and to anyone you give access to your workspace. You are responsible for your users' compliance with it.

It supplements, and does not replace, your obligations under the Terms of Service and under applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

02

Prohibited content

You may not use the platform to store, publish or transmit content that:

  • belongs to another person and to which you have no right, or that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
  • is obscene, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
  • is harmful to a child, or relates to or encourages money laundering, gambling where prohibited, or any unlawful activity;
  • impersonates another person, or is knowingly false or misleading in a way calculated to cause injury;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any cognisable offence;
  • contains a software virus or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or
  • promotes travel services that are fraudulent, or that you are not licensed to sell.

These categories track rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

03

Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing another customer's workspace, or attempting to, by any means.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written consent, or breaching any security or authentication measure.
  • Scraping, crawling or harvesting data from the platform other than through documented APIs and within their rate limits.

  • Misrepresenting your identity, your licences, or your affiliation with any supplier or tourism authority.
04

Messaging, anti-spam and consent

Communication Studio sends messages on your behalf across WhatsApp, SMS, email and social channels. Misuse of it puts every customer's sender reputation at risk, so these rules are strict.

  • Consent. Only message people who have given you a lawful basis to contact them. Do not upload purchased, scraped or rented contact lists.
  • Channel policies.You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's platform terms, and the policies of any other connected channel. Template categories must reflect what the message actually is.
  • Indian telecom regulation.For SMS and voice to Indian numbers you must comply with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, including DLT registration of sender IDs and templates, and you must respect registered preferences and the permitted time window.
  • Opt-out. Every marketing message must offer a clear way to unsubscribe, and opt-outs must be honoured promptly and permanently.
  • Accuracy. Do not falsify sender identity, headers or routing information.

Sustained spam complaints, high bounce rates or channel-level penalties attributable to your account may lead to immediate suspension of messaging.

05

System integrity and fair use

Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use. We may apply rate limits, storage caps or throttling where an account's usage materially degrades service for others, or is inconsistent with normal operation of a travel business of comparable size.

We will contact you before applying a restriction, except where immediate action is needed to protect the platform.

06

Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email care@touringtour.com with the workspace or URL concerned, a description of the issue, and any evidence. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported to the same address with SECURITY in the subject line. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith, avoid privacy violations and data destruction, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosure.

07

Enforcement

Where we find a breach we may, proportionately to its severity: ask you to remedy it; remove or disable the offending content; restrict a feature; suspend the account; or terminate the agreement under clause 17 of the Terms of Service.

We act without prior notice only where the breach is unlawful, endangers the platform or other customers, or where a court or competent authority directs us. We will tell you what happened and why as soon as practicable afterwards, and you may contest a decision through the grievance process on our Contact page.

We are required to preserve information and cooperate with lawful requests from government agencies authorised under Indian law.
